Haven Skate Park is CLOSED

Haven Skate Park will close its doors for good. Unfortunately too much time has passed since the initial roof damage caused by last winter's snow. We have been forced to make the very hard decision that we can not re-open our skate park. We waited optimistically for our landlord to complete the roof repair. Unfortunately, nearly 4 months after our doors closed, the workers left the roof open to the elements during a week long bout of rain. This resulted in a considerable amount of damage to our ramps and personal property. The repair of the roof still took another 2 months. As of today, October 1st, insurances are still investigating and nobody has taken responsibility for any of the damage to our personal property and business. We can no longer afford to sit dormant, nor risk the expense of re-building without compensation.

We had no intentions of closing, and this caught all of us by surprise. We sincerely thank all of you for being there with us and supporting our skate park, Dropout BMX Shop, and Goat Farm Skate Shop for the past 3 years. It's been a great ride!!! We wish we could have gone out with a bigger bang instead of these circumstances!

Lets send our ramps to some good homes. Ramps, wood, metal and other miscellaneous items are now up for sale. Please contact us by email at info@havenskatepark.com. Delivery of certain items can be negotiated and arranged.
